After a broad recovery in 2025, private tech markets are entering a new phase. Risk appetite has returned, IPO activity has resumed, and larger structured transactions are once again shaping the market, even in an uncertain global environment. 

At the same time, the landscape remains selective. While some companies are successfully listing, others are facing tougher conditions in public markets, reinforcing the continued importance of private capital.
